Erika Colson

President

Erika Colson began her career in marketing and became involved in information technology after cutting her teeth on database marketing campaigns at Boxlight Corporation. Prior to Autonomix, Erika worked at numerous technology companies in the Pacific Northwest. She has over 10 years experience with customer data applications, business intelligence systems, and web site design. Erika holds Microsoft certifications for developing web sites, designing and implementing databases, and implementing CRM solutions. Erika is a Willamette University Alumnus; she earned her MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Liberal Arts. She plays the euphonium in the Hometown Band.

Scott Colson

Vice President

Scott's career entails 20+ years of management and information technology experience, including service in the Navy Nuclear Submarine Program. Scott is passionate about developing and applying technologies that improve business efficiency and lower operating costs. He is certified in various Microsoft development technologies and holds a BSEE Computer Engineering degree from the University of Portland and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Willamette University. Recognized for sharing his expertise, insight and fostering discussions in online technical communities, Scott has been a Microsoft MVP for CRM since 2004. Scott moderates the MSCRM_SMB Yahoo! Group and authors the blog Yes, you CAN do that with CRM! He is an active member of the West Sound Technology Professionals Association (WSTPA) and the Puget Sound Small Business Server User Group (PSSBSUG). In his spare time, Scott enjoys golfing, fishing, and brewing his own beer.

Richard Riddle

Developer

Richard Riddle rounds out the team as a developer and Microsoft® Office automation specialist. His 5 years of experience includes web development, database maintenance, and technology training. A former Autonomix intern, Richard returns after completing his MBA at Central Michigan University and refining his development and support skills in the metropolitan Detroit area.

Chris Kelley

Network Technician

Computers have played a central role in Chris Kelley's daily life since elementary school. Ever since, he has taken every computer and network technology course available to him, even campaigned for additional, independent study along the way. Chris is an alumnus of Edmonds Community College, where he graduated with Honors and earned his Associate in Technical Arts degree (ATA) in Networking Technology. Chris' studies included the advanced network infrastructure components that Autonomix supports, including Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Server, and ISA Server. He is currently on-track for his MCSE certification. He enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding and water tubing. He is also an active member of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) and an avid gamer.

Aliesha Wallach

Help Desk Technician

Aliesha Wallach provides technical assistance and computer support to Autonomix customers using remote administration tools via telephone and email. She brings 10+ years IT experience and a valuable set of technical, analytical, and customer service skills to the team. Prior to Autonomix, Wallach worked at internet service provider DONOBi as a member of their technical support team that served more than five thousand customers. She also served in project management roles for Amazon.com and as an independent consultant. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Technology from New York University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
